Patanjali Foods Dividend 2026: In a cheer for the shareholders of Patanjali Foods, Baba Ramdev-backed FMCG company on Tuesday, April 21, approved a 87.5 per cent second interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26.
“Pursuant to Regulation 43 of the Listing Regulations declared 2 nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.75 (i.e. 87.5%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2025- 26,” Patanjali Foods said in the filing.
“The Company has already paid 1 st Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.75 (i.e. 87.5%) per equity share for the year 2025-26 during the financial year ended March 31, 2026,” it added.
The Board of Patanjali Foods has fixed Saturday, April 25, 2026, as the record date to determine the eligible shareholders for receiving the second interim dividend.
“…the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Saturday, the April 25, 2026 as the “Record Date” to ascertain the name of the eligible shareholders / beneficial owners of the equity shares of the Company to whom the aforesaid interim dividend shall be payable,” said Patanjali Foods in the regulatory filing.
The payment of the interim dividend will be made on or before May 20, 2026.
Patanjali Foods Q3 results 2026 performance
Patanjali Foods reported a 60 per cent growth in its consolidated net profit for the October-December-ended quarter at Rs 594 crore compared to Rs 371 crore reported in the year-ago period.
The company’s revenue from operations recorded an increase of 17per cent YoY at Rs 10,484 crore in Q3 FY26 against Rs 8,997 crore posted in the same quarter of the last financial year.
Sequential, the net profit rose 15 per cent from Rs 517 crore posted by the company in Q2 FY26 while the topline saw a 7 per cent uptick against Rs 9,776 reported in the July-September quarter of FY26.
