Board of Nestle recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 for the financial year 2025-26.
“Recommended final dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees five only) per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company of 1,928,314,320 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each,” Nestle said in an exchange filing.
Nestle has fixed Friday, July 10, 2026, as record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
Convening of 67th AGM of the Company on Friday, 3rd July 2026, through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/ OAVM) and fixed Friday, 10th July 2026 as Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if approved by the members at the ensuing 67th AGM, which shall be paid on and from Thursday, 30th July 2026. Enclosed is the intimation of the Record Date. The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and Notice of the 67th AGM shall be sent in due course.
Nestle dividend 2026 payment date
Nestle said the dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing 67th AGM, which shall be paid on and from Thursday, July 30, 2026, the FMCG giant said in the exchange filing.
