HCL Tech | The IT services firm has declared an interim dividend of ₹24 per equity share of ₹2 each for the financial year 2026-27. In its Q4 FY26 results, the firm has reported revenue of ₹33,981 crore, up 0.3% QoQ and 12.3% YoY. Constant currency revenue declined 3.3% QoQ but rose 2.4% YoY.
Tata Elxsi | The design and technology service provider firm reported a strong sequential performance for the March quarter, with net profit nearly doubling to ₹220.4 crore from ₹109 crore in the previous quarter, supported by steady growth and improved operating efficiency.
Trent | Stock continued to gain ahead of its fourth quarter results announcement on Wednesday. The board will also be considering its first ever bonus issue of shares during the board meet.
Persistent Systems Ltd | Mid-tier IT services company reported a net profit of ₹529 crore for the quarter, up 20.4% QoQ from ₹439.4 crore, but below the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹535 crore.
JSW Energy Ltd | The company said its subsidiary JSW Mahanadi Power Company Ltd has received a demand of ₹1,447.34 crore from the Water Resources Division, Janjgir, Chhattisgarh, towards water charges, largely relating to the period prior to approval of its resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Hindustan Zinc Ltd | Vedanta group firm may consider a dividend at its board meeting scheduled for April 24.
Aurobindo Pharma Ltd | The pharma company has submitted the Letter of Offer for its buyback of equity shares worth up to ₹800 crore through the tender offer route.
BEML ltd | Bengaluru-based defence PSU said it has secured an order from the Ministry of Defence for the supply of trawl assemblies, with a contract value of approximately ₹590 crore.
Tech Mahindra Ltd | The company is scheduled to release its financial results for the fourth quarter of the FY26 on Wednesday, April 22. According to CNBC-TV18 poll estimates, the firm is expected to report a steady set of numbers for the March quarter, with modest sequential growth in revenue and improvement in margins.
360 ONE WAM Ltd | Wealth and asset management firm said the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, 360 ONE Prime Ltd, have received assessment orders from the Income Tax Authority raising a total tax demand of ₹336.14 crore for the block period from April 1, 2018, to March 27, 2025.
Cyient DLM Ltd | Electronic manufacturing services (EMS) firm reported a net profit of ₹22.4 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, down 27.7% from ₹31 crore in the same period last year.
