“The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.40/- (340%) per Ordinary share of Re. 1/- each, which shall be paid after the Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” Tata Investment said in an exchange filing.
Tata Investment reported a 38 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated profit to Rs 63.8 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 against Rs 75.3 crore posted in the same quarter of the previous year.
Revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 40 crore, down 31 per cent YoY from Rs 58 crore in the year-ago period.
EBITDA fell 38 per cent YoY to Rs 29.53 crore in January-March quarter against Rs 47.61 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA margin slipped 830 bps to 73.9 per cent in Q4 FY26 against 82.2 per cent in the year-ago period.
