Tata Technologies Q4 Results 2026: Rs 11.70 dividend announced; profit up 2814% QoQ, revenue climbs 15% - DETAILS - Markets

The company posted a net profit of Rs 204 crore in Q4FY26, marking a significant improvement from Rs 6.6 crore recorded in the October–December quarter. The sharp rebound was largely attributed to a decline in one-time labour-related expenses, which reduced to Rs 56 crore during the quarter from Rs 140 crore in the previous quarter. This easing of exceptional costs played a key role in boosting the bottom line.

On the revenue front, the company registered a 15 per cent quarter-on-quarter growth, with revenue from operations rising to Rs 1,572 crore compared to Rs 1,366 crore in Q3FY26. The growth reflects improved demand conditions and better execution across key segments, indicating that the company is gaining momentum in its core business areas.

Operational performance also witnessed a notable uptick during the quarter. Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) rose 31 per cent sequentially to Rs 205 crore, up from Rs 157 crore in the preceding quarter. The improvement in operating profit was accompanied by a rise in margins, with EBIT margin expanding to 13.1 per cent from 11.9 per cent in Q3. The margin expansion suggests enhanced cost efficiency and improved operational discipline.

In line with its improved financial performance, the company also announced shareholder payouts. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 8.35 per share, along with a special dividend of Rs 3.35 per share, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This move underscores the company’s commitment to rewarding its investors.

Overall, the March quarter marked a strong finish to the fiscal year for Tata Technologies. The combination of reduced exceptional costs, consistent revenue growth, and improved operating metrics highlights a positive trajectory for the company. If the current momentum sustains, it could further strengthen its financial position in the coming quarters.
