United Spirits sees modest Q4 sales growth and a strong FY26 as premium segment drives gains


United Spirits Ltd has reported a 3.7% year-on-year increase in consolidated net sales value (NSV) for Q4FY26 at ₹3,054 crore, compared with ₹2,946 crore in the same period last year, according to its quarterly update.

For the full fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, company said that the NSV rose 7.7% to ₹12,467 crore from ₹11,573 crore in FY25.

On a standalone basis, the P&A segment recorded growth, with FY26 NSV at ₹11,152 crore versus ₹10,271 crore in FY25, reflecting an overall increase of 8.6%.

The Popular segment saw a marginal decline, with FY26 NSV at ₹1,118 crore compared with ₹1,121 crore in FY25, translating to a 0.3% drop.
Overall standalone NSV for FY26 stood at ₹12,448 crore against ₹11,573 crore in FY25, marking a 7.6% increase.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the P&A segment reported net sales value of ₹2,745 crore, up from ₹2,616 crore in Q4FY25, registering 5.0% growth.

The Popular segment declined to ₹271 crore from ₹312 crore, reflecting a 13.2% drop. Overall, standalone net sales value stood at ₹3,046 crore compared with ₹2,946 crore a year ago, marking a 3.4% increase.

The company said the figures are unaudited, with audited consolidated and standalone financial results to be announced after board approval on May 14, 2026.

Shares of United Spirits Ltd closed at ₹1,314.00 on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on May 5, down ₹7.70 or 0.58% for the day, indicating a marginal decline in the stock.
