BSE Q4 results 2026, BSE dividend 2026: BSE Limited reported its earnings for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026. The leading stock exchange also announced a dividend for its shareholders.
“…the record date to determine shareholders who will be eligible to receive final dividend will be Friday, July 10, 2026…,” BSE said.
BSE Dividend 2026 Payment Date
The payment will be made on or before Thursday, September 17, 2026, subject to deduction of tax deducted at source.
Profit at Rs 797 crore in Q4 FY26 vs Rs 602 crore, up 32.4% YoY
Revenue at Rs 1,563.5 crore vs Rs 1,244 crore, up 25.7% YoY
Declares Final Dividend of Rs 10 per share
