Revenue rose 11.7% year-on-year to ₹706.8 crore from ₹632.5 crore in the corresponding quarter. EBITDA increased 29.8% to ₹94.9 crore from ₹73.1 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin improved to 13.4% from 11.6% in the year-ago period.
The company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹573.5 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, an increase of 17.1% over the same period last year.

Standalone EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹99.2 crore, rising 27.6% year-on-year. The EBITDA margin was at 17.3%, an improvement of 1.4% YoY.
The company said the increase in revenue was driven by same-store sales growth of 6.3% for Burger King India, the highest in the last 12 quarters, supported by strong performance across dine-in and delivery channels.
Restaurant Brands Asia expanded its presence in India to 581 restaurants, adding 68 outlets compared with the same period last year.

Rajeev Varman, Whole-time Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Restaurant Brands Asia, said, “We have delivered a strong finish to the year, with healthy topline results translating into robust earnings growth. Same-store sales growth for Burger King India of 6.3% this quarter marks our highest growth over the last 12 quarters.”
He added, “Our supply chain strategy, along with menu innovation, digital initiatives and energy efficiency measures, has resulted in clear outperformance. The new financial year has started with solid momentum as we remain confident of creating enduring value for all our stakeholders.”
Shares of Restaurant Brands Asia Ltd ended at ₹66.77, up by ₹0.16, or 0.24%, on the BSE today, May 14.
