NCC Q4 net profit falls 19% as margins ease, revenue up 2%; declares ₹2.20 dividend

NCC bags ₹1,703-cr orders in April across buildings, electrical, transportation divisions


Infrastructure company NCC Ltd on Friday (May 15) reported an 18.8% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter to ₹206 crore from ₹253.8 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue for the quarter increased 1.7% year-on-year to ₹6,232.7 crore compared with ₹6,130.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. EBITDA declined 1.1% year-on-year to ₹550.4 crore from ₹556.3 crore, while EBITDA margin stood at 8.8% versus 9.1% in the year-ago period.

For FY2025-26, the company recommended a dividend of ₹2.20 per equity share of face value ₹2, equivalent to 110%. The dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company has fixed Friday, August 14, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend.

Shares of NCC Ltd ended at ₹159.95, down by ₹1.85, or 1.14%, on the BSE.
