The Board of BEL, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, today announced a dividend of Rs 0.55 per share.
“Recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.55/- per equity share of Rs 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2025-26 subject to approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company,” the defence PSU said in an exchange filing.
