Hindalco Industries Q4 earnings preview: Hindalco Industries Ltd is set to declare its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 today. Along with the quarterly results, the Aditya Birla Group’s flagship metal company might also declare a dividend for its shareholders.
The company might see its revenue surge to Rs 33,010 crore, marking a strong 13 per cent growth quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) compared to Rs 29,264 crore recorded in the previous quarter.
While top-line growth remains aggressive, EBITDA might increase 11 per cent QoQ to Rs 4,735 crore 4,248 crore in Q3 FY26.
EBITDA margin in the quarter under review are expected to see a minor compression, easing slightly to 14.3 per cent in Q4 FY26 from 14.5 per cent in the sequential quarter, likely due to shifting input cost dynamics.

Hindalco Industries Ltd, in an exchange earlier on March 23, informed the bourse that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Friday, May 22, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
“A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, inter alia to: i. Consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026…,” the company said in the regulatory filing.
Hindalco had declared its earnings at around 5 PM on February 12, 2026. Therefore, it is expected that the comopany might announce its Q4 FY26 earnings at around the same time on Friday, May 22.
Hindalco dividend 2026 date
In the scheduled board meeting today, Hindalco might also recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
