Fortis Healthcare Q4 profit up 45% on lower exceptional losses, higher revenue

Fortis Healthcare Limited on Friday, May 22, reported a 44.6% rise in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, at ₹265.9 crore, supported by lower exceptional losses. Net profit stood at ₹183.9 crore in Q4FY25.

Q4 revenue from operations rose 17.8% year-on-year to ₹2,364.7 crore from ₹2,007.2 crore, while EBITDA increased 22.2% to ₹532.3 crore from ₹435.5 crore. The EBITDA margin improved to 22.5% compared with 21.7% in the year-ago quarter.

The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting.

Shares of Fortis Healthcare Limited ended lower ahead of the company’s quarterly earnings announcement. The stock settled at ₹961.90 on the NSE, down ₹5.40 or 0.56%, from the previous close.
