Amara Raja Energy Q4 net profit zooms 95%, revenue up; declares ₹5.20 dividend


Automotive battery maker Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd on Monday (May 25) reported a 95% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter to ₹314.3 crore, compared with ₹161.6 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue grew 15.5% year-on-year to ₹3,535.8 crore from ₹3,060.1 crore a year earlier. EBITDA increased 13.1% to ₹385.5 crore from ₹340.9 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA margin narrowed to 10.9% versus 11.14% last year.

The company’s board recommended a final dividend of ₹5.20 per equity share of face value ₹1 each, representing 520%, for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the 41st annual general meeting.

The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration. This is in addition to an interim dividend of ₹5.40 per equity share, representing 540%, declared on November 6, 2025.

Shares of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd ended at ₹883.35, up by ₹62.60, or 7.63%, on the BSE today, May 25.
