During the visit, the commission is expected to hold interactions with employee associations, unions, institutions and other central government-linked organisations. Stakeholders interested in meeting the panel have been asked to submit appointment requests online by June 15, 2026.
According to the notification, organisations seeking appointments must also provide the ‘Unique Memo ID’ generated after submitting their memorandum to the commission. The notification said details related to the venue, meeting timings and schedule for the interactions will be shared separately.
This comes after the commission earlier invited memoranda from stakeholders through its official website. The last date for submitting memoranda has been fixed as May 31, 2026. The notice also mentioned that similar meetings and consultations will be organised in other states and Union Territories over the coming months. The aim is to increase participation from different stakeholders in the consultation process and collect feedback from different groups before the commission prepares its final recommendations.
