Asian Paints, the country’s leading paint manufacturer, is set to announce its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 on Friday, May 29. Along with the quarterly earnings, the company might also declare a dividend for its shareholders.
Asian Paints is expected to post a strong year-on-year performance for the January-March quarter, aided by healthy volume growth, improving demand trends and operating leverage benefits.
Asian Paints’ Profit after tax (PAT) is likely to jump 50.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1043 crore in January-March of the financial year 2025-26 from Rs 692 crore reported in the year-ago period.
Revenue from operations is expected to increase 5.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 8781 crore in Q4 FY26 against Rs 8330 crore posted in the year-ago period.
EBITDA is likely to reported a YoY growth of 11.9 per cent p to stand at Rs 1575 crore in Q4 FY26 versus Rs 1407 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Margins are expected to improve 104 bps YoY to 17.9 per cent in Q4 FY26 against 16.90 per cent in Q4 FY25.

In an exchange filing dated April 30, the company informed that its Board of Directors will meet to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 on Friday, May 29.
“This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 29th May 2026, inter alia, to consider the following: 1. Approval of audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026; Approval of audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026; …,” Asian Paints said in an exchange filing earlier on April 30.
Asian Paints had declared its Q3 FY26 results at around 2 PM on January 27. Therefore, it is expected to announce its earnings for Q4 FY26 at around the same time on Friday, May 29.
“Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March 2026,” it added in the filing.
Asian Paints has been giving consistent dividend to its shareholders. In 2025, it paid dividends on two occasions – Rs 4.50 in November and Rs 20.55 in June while in 2024, it paid cash rewards twice – Rs 4.25 in November and Rs 28.15 in June, respectively.
Shares of Asian Paints on Wednesday closed at Rs 2672.40, higher Rs 25.45 or 0.96 per cent from the previous close of Rs 2,646.95.
