Revenue for the quarter rose 34.7% to ₹553 crore from ₹410.5 crore a year earlier. EBITDA increased 25% year-on-year to ₹117 crore against ₹93.3 crore, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 21% from 23%.
The company said it achieved its highest-ever quarterly turnover of ₹552.75 crore during the January-March quarter, registering a growth of 34.63% over ₹410.56 crore reported in the year-ago period.
Value of Production (VoP) during the quarter stood at ₹392.19 crore, up 19.15% from ₹329.16 crore last year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased 38.67% to ₹107 crore from ₹77.16 crore. The company also posted its highest-ever annual turnover and production value for FY26.
FY26 Performance
For FY26, Mishra Dhatu Nigam reported its highest-ever annual turnover of ₹1,208.63 crore, up 12.52% from ₹1,074.10 crore in FY25. The company’s Value of Production for the year rose 12.04% to ₹1,193.92 crore from ₹1,065.62 crore in the previous financial year.
Annual EBITDA increased 10.69% to ₹275.59 crore against ₹248.97 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax rose 17.98% year-on-year to ₹184.09 crore from ₹156.04 crore. Profit After Tax for FY26 stood at ₹130.79 crore, marking an 18.82% increase from ₹110.07 crore reported in the previous financial year.

Mishra Dhatu Nigam said its order book position stood at ₹2,290 crore as on April 1, 2026. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Shares of Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd ended at ₹420.65, up by ₹4.60, or 1.11%, on the BSE.
