Gujarat Gas Q4 results FY26: 445% dividend announced; profit skyrockets 1024% YoY to Rs 351 crore - Quarterly earnings details - Markets


This is the highest dividend recommended by the Board of Gujarat Gas.

“The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30th May 2026, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 8.90 per equity share of face value Rs 2/- each (i.e., 445% of face value) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This is the highest dividend recommended by the Board,” Gujarat Gas said in a press release.

Gujarat Gas reported a 1024.32 per cent year-on-year growth in its consolidated net profit to Rs 351 crore in the reporting quarter against Rs 31 crore posted in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

The company revenue from operations for the quarter under review stood at Rs 5,791 crore, marking a year-on-year decline of 9 per cent from Rs 6,363 crore in Q4 FY25.

EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) reported an increase of 27.9 per cent YoY to come in at Rs 609 crore compared to Rs 476 crore posted in the same quarter of FY25. EBITDA margin improved to 10.5 per cent in Q4 FY26 against 7.5 per cent in Q4 FY25.

For the full year FY26, Gujarat Gas’ profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 2,299 crore while revenue came in at Rs 24,198 crore against Rs 27,718 crore in FY25.

Shares of Gujarat Gas on Friday ended at Rs 401.50, up Rs 31.75 or 8.59 per cent from the previous close of Rs 369.75, on the BSE.
