The development will be undertaken in partnership with Sigma Oxford Realtors and involves redevelopment in Siddharth Nagar, with a saleable carpet area of about 0.67 million sq ft.
This marks the company’s third housing project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and its second high-rise development in the city, as it expands its presence in key urban markets.
The company has been following an asset-light approach, focusing on partnerships and selective entry into micro-markets with visible demand.
Separately, the company in March acquired a residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a top-line potential of about ₹330 crore.
