Credgenics launches CredInsure AI platform to help insurers manage policyholder engagement renewals and reduce policy lapses

Credgenics has launched CredInsure, an artificial intelligence-based platform aimed at supporting insurance companies in managing policyholder engagement and related operations.

The move comes as insurers deal with growing customer bases and product offerings, which have increased the complexity of handling renewals, servicing, and premium collections.

Market participants indicate that fragmented systems and manual processes continue to be used in parts of the industry, contributing to challenges such as missed renewals, policy lapses, and uneven customer experiences.

According to the company, CredInsure is designed as a unified system to manage various stages of the policy lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, premium collections, servicing, and lapse recovery. The platform also covers functions such as upselling and cross-selling.

The solution is structured around three components—intelligence, execution, and control—and uses data models to analyse customer behaviour indicators such as renewal likelihood, lapse probability, and engagement trends. These insights are intended to support insurers in prioritising outreach and engagement activities.

The platform includes workflow automation features for task allocation across teams and channels, with the aim of reducing dependence on manual coordination. It also supports multiple communication modes, including voice-based tools, digital outreach, and field operations, along with integrated payment options and monitoring dashboards.

Rishabh Goel, Co-founder and CEO of Credgenics, said the platform extends the company’s technology capabilities to the insurance segment. Anand Agrawal, Co-founder and CPTO, said the platform combines analytics, workflow tools, and communication features to manage engagement activities across teams.

The company said the platform is intended to support insurers in managing renewal processes, reducing policy lapses, and improving operational visibility across customer interactions.
