HDFC Bank Q4 Results 2026 date and time: The earnings season for the January-March quarter period of the financial year 2025-26 is about to begin next month. Therefore, several NSE and BSE-listed companies have started releasing schedules for the announcement of their Q4 FY26 results.
HDFC Bank, the country’s largest private lender, is the latest to disclose the schedule for releasing its fourth quarter earnings for the financial year 2025-26. Along with the quarterly report, the private lender is set to declare a dividend for its shareholders. The bank informed this through an exchange filing on Tuesday, March 25.
HDFC Bank Ltd, in the exchange filing, informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on April 18, 2026, to consider and approve audited standalone financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026, audited consolidated financial results for the quarter/ year ending March 31, 2026 and other important matters.
“We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited (“the Bank”) is scheduled to be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 to inter-alia consider the following: Approval of the audited standalone financial results of the Bank for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2026; Approval of audited consolidated financial results for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2026,” HDFC Bank said in the filing.
HDFC Bank had announced its earnings for the October-December quarter at around 2.50 PM on January 17, 2026. Therefore, it is expected that the bank might declare its Q4 FY26 results at around the same time on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

“We also wish to inform you that the window for trading in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Wednesday, March 25, 2026, to Monday, April 20, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees and their immediate relatives pursuant to the Bank’s share dealing code,” the bank said in the filing.

HDFC Bank posted a 12.17 per cent rise in consolidated profit to Rs 19,807 crore for the December quarter. The Mumbai-headquartered lender had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 17,657 crore in the year-ago period and Rs 19,611 crore in the preceding September quarter.
On a standalone basis, the net profit of the country’s largest private sector lender increased 11.46 per cent to Rs 18,653.75 crore for the October-December period.
The core net interest income grew 6.4 per cent to Rs 32,600 crore, while the non-interest income came at Rs 13,250 crore on the back of a 11.9 per cent growth in advances and the net interest margin coming at 3.35 per cent.
The other income grew over 15 per cent to Rs 13,254 crore during the quarter, helping drive the profit growth for the city-headquartered lender.
