The agency has announced that the registration portal will remain reopened from March 12 (afternoon) to March 13, 2026, until 9:00 PM. Candidates will be allowed to pay the application fee until 11:50 PM on March 13, 2026. The window was originally opened between February 1 and February 25, 2026, and has concluded earlier this month. The NTA had also provided a brief correction window on February 27 and February 28 for candidates to edit certain details in the submitted forms.However, after the portal closed, the testing agency received several representations from students requesting another chance to complete their registrations or pay the required examination fee. Responding to these appeals, the NTA approved a short extension and reopened the portal for a limited period.
