The Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Mines achieved strong output across its integrated operations. Bauxite excavation stood at 77.01 lakh tonnes, while transportation reached 77.07 lakh tonnes, reflecting a 6.13% year-on-year increase.
Alumina hydrate production was recorded at 23.00 lakh tonnes, while calcined alumina output rose 11.16% year-on-year to 22.75 lakh tonnes. Cast metal production came in at 4.72 lakh tonnes.
The company also reported its highest-ever net power generation at 6,953 million units, alongside coal production of 40 lakh tonnes.
On the sales front, NALCO posted its best-ever performance across key segments. Total alumina sales rose 30.74% year-on-year to 14.46 lakh tonnes, while aluminium metal sales increased 2.82% to 4.74 lakh tonnes. Domestic aluminium sales hit a record 4.61 lakh tonnes.

Chairman-cum-Managing Director Brijendra Pratap Singh said the performance reflects the company’s focus on operational discipline and sustained growth.
Shares of NALCO ended at ₹401.55 on the NSE, up 0.53% for the day.
