NSDL Q4 results 2026 date and time, NSDL Dividend 2026 date: As the earnings season has begun, several BSE and NSE-listed companies are releasing their schedules for announcing fourth-quarter results for the financial year 2025-26.
National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), a central securities depository, is also all set to announce its earnings for the January-March period. In an exchange filing released today, the company also informed that, along with the quarterly results, it might also declare a dividend for its shareholders.
NSDL Q4 results 2026 date and time
“…we hereby inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th April, 2026, inter alia, for the following agenda:- 1. to consider and approve Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Audit Report thereon,” the company said in an exchange filing.
NSDL had released the earnings for the third quarter of FY26 at around 6.45 PM on January 28, 2026, and hence it is expected that the company might announce its Q4 FY26 at around the same time on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
Along with the quarterly results, NSDL said in the scheduled board meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2026 might also consider the recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
“…to consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 14th Annual General Meeting,” NSDL said in the regulatory filing.
This will be the second dividend by NSDL after debuting on the stock exchanges. NDSL had declared a final dividend of 100 per cent or Rs 2 per share in September 2025.
NSDL Q4 results 2026: Trading window closure dates
NSDL further stated the “Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company, by the designated persons/connected persons and their immediate relatives, has been closed from April 01, 2026.”
NSDL is a depository and was incorporated in 1996. Other than NSDL, CDSL (Central Depository Services Limited) is also listed. CDSL, which was incorporated in 1999, made its Dalal Street listing in 2017.
NSDL posted a profit of Rs 90 crore, which was down 18 per cent from Rs 110 crore reported in Q2 FY26. The revenue for the same period declined to Rs 360 crore from Rs 400 crore reported in the previous quarter.
EBITDA was Rs 107.8 crore, marking a 16 per cent drop from Rs 128.4 crore in Q2 FY26. EBITDA margin contracted to 29.9 per cent, lower by 220 basis points from 32.1 per cent in the second quarter.
Shares of NSDL today ended at Rs 913.25, down Rs 2.05 or 0.22 per cent from the previous closing of Rs 915.30, on the BSE.
