Samvardhana Motherson Dividend 2026: Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd might remain in focus in the upcoming days as the company has announced a dividend for its shareholders. The auto-parts maker informed this through an exchange today, March 19.

“…this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, inter-alia, has approved declaration of Interim Dividend of INR 0.35 (Thirty Five Paisa only) per equity share (face value of INR 1/- each) for the financial year 2025-26 to the equity shareholders of the Company,” the company said in the exchange filing.

The Board of Directors has fixed the record date on Friday, March 27, 2026, for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid within the stipulated time in accordance with the applicable laws, to the equity shareholders of the Company whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners in equity shares as on the Record Date fixed for this purpose, the company said in the regulatory filing.

Samvardhana Motherson Q3 results FY26 performance

Samvardhana Motherson reported a 21 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase in its net profit to Rs 1,061 crore for the October-December quarter of the current financial year (Q3 FY26). In the same quarter of the previous financial year, the company’s profit was Rs 879 crore.

The company’s revenue from operations for the third quarter rose 14 per cent YoY to Rs 31,409 crore from Rs 27,665 crore in Q3 FY25.

EBITDA for the October-December quarter came in at Rs 3,042 crore, higher by 9.5 per cent from Rs 2,776 crore reported in the same quarter last year. Margins increased to 10 per cent from 9.7 per cent, SAMIL’s investor presentation showed.

Samvardhana Motherson Dividend History

Samvardhana Motherson has been giving dividends regularly to its shareholders. In 2025, the company announced Rs 0.35 in June and Rs 0.50 in March, respectively.

In 2024, the company gave a dividend of Rs 0.80 in August and in 2023, SAMIL announced a cash reward of Rs 0.65, respectively.

Shares of auto equipment manufacturer Samvardhana Motherson today ended at Rs 111.85, down Rs 5.90 or 5.01 per cent from the previous closing of Rs 117.75, on the BSE.
