Yes Bank Q4 Results 2026 date and time: As the earnings season has kicked off, several BSE- and NSE-listed companies are releasing their schedules for announcing fourth-quarter results for the financial year 2025-26. Private-sector lender Yes Bank has also shared the schedule for announcing its earnings for the January-March period of FY26. The private lender informed this through an exchange filing yesterday, April 8, 2026.
“…this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of YES BANK Limited (the “Bank”) will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Mumbai, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q4) and Year ended March 31, 2026,” Yes Bank said in the exchange filing.
Yes Bank is declaring the quarterly earnings report on Saturday, which is a holiday for the stock market. It had released the earnings for the third quarter of FY26 at around 12.52 on January 17, 2026, and hence it is expected that the bank might announce its Q4 FY26 at around the same time on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

“…this is to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Bank and its subsidiary till 2 days post publication of results and such persons shall not be permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till 2 days post publication of results,” it said.

Shares of Yes Bank have given 6.67 per cent returns to its investors in the last one year and 11.02 per cent in one year, respectively.
However, the shares of the private lender declined by 3.15 per cent in the last one month, 16.64 per cent in three months and 22.44 per cent in the last two years, respectively.
