As many as 13 companies from HDFC Bank to Brigade Enterprises and Polycab, will see their record dates for their respective corporate actions announced earlier, including bonus issues, stock splits and dividend announcements. Here’s a look at those 13 companies.
HDFC Bank | India’s largest private lender had announced a final dividend of ₹13 per share along with its fourth quarter results. The record date for this dividend payout has been fixed as Friday, June 19. This means that those shareholders who have shares of HDFC Bank as of closing on June 18, will be eligible for the dividend payout.
Polycab India | The wires and cables manufacturer had announced a final dividend of ₹47 per share along with its fourth quarter results. The record date for this payout has also been fixed as Friday, June 19.
IndiaMART Intermesh | The company had announced a special dividend of ₹30 per share and a final dividend of ₹19 per share as well, taking the total payout for shareholders to ₹60 per share. The record date for this payout is Friday, June 19.
Brigade Enterprises | The real estate player had announced the issue of one bonus share for its shareholders for every three shares that they own (1:3). This was the first bonus issue announced by the company after 2019. The record date for this bonus issue has been fixed as Wednesday, June 17.
Cyient | The company has announced a share buyback worth ₹720 crore earlier, under which it will be purchasing shares from shareholders at a price of ₹1,125 apiece. Record date for the share buyback has been fixed as Wednesday, June 17.

Sanofi Consumer | The MNC company had announced a final dividend for its shareholders worth ₹75 apiece, the record date for which has been fixed as Friday, June 19.
RR Kabel | The company had announced a final dividend of ₹5.5 per share along with its fourth quarter results and the record date for the same has been fixed as Tuesday, June 16.
Among the other companies that go ex-dividend this week, include GHCL, with a final dividend of ₹12 and record date on Thursday, June 18; Tata Technologies, with a final dividend of ₹8.35 and a special dividend of ₹3.35, taking the total payout to ₹11.7.
