Dividend Stock: As the September quarter (Q2 FY27) earnings season gathers pace, companies have started announcing dividends alongside their financial results. ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd is among them, declaring an interim dividend that translates into a dividend payout of 3,000 per cent.
A dividend is a portion of a company’s profits distributed to shareholders as a reward for holding its stock. To be eligible for the interim dividend announced by ICICI Prudential AMC, investors must own the company’s shares before the record date scheduled next week.

ICICI Prudential AMC Interim Dividend 2026
In an exchange filing dated October 12, ICICI Prudential AMC announced an interim dividend of Rs 30 per equity share. The dividend represents a payout of 3000 per cent against the stock’s face value of Rs 1.
“Declaration and payment of interim dividend of Rs 30 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the company…,” ICICI Prudential AMC said.
Based on the announced dividend, an investor holding 100 shares of ICICI Prudential AMC would be eligible to receive Rs 3,000 as an interim dividend, provided the investor meets the company’s eligibility requirements.
ICICI Prudential AMC Dividend Record Date 2026
ICICI Prudential AMC has fixed October 21, 2026, as the record date for its interim dividend.
The record date determines which shareholders are eligible to receive the dividend. Under the T+1 settlement cycle, shares should generally be purchased at least one trading day before the ex-dividend date to qualify for the payout.
“…in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on October 21, 2026, being record date fixed for this purpose,” the company said in its filing.
ICICI Prudential AMC Dividend History
ICICI Prudential AMC has announced three dividends so far in 2026. The latest interim dividend of Rs 30 per share is the highest dividend declared by the company this year, surpassing its earlier payouts of Rs 14.85 per share in January and Rs 12.40 per share in June.

Shares of ICICI Prudential AMC settled 0.9 per cent, or Rs 26.6, lower at Rs 2912.75 in the previous trading session.
