The company’s revenue for the quarter grew 24.2% year-on-year to ₹822 crore, compared with ₹662 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
The company’s assets under management (AUM) stood at ₹7,76,755 crore, comprising ₹3,42,035 crore of annual recurring revenue (ARR) AUM and ₹4,34,719 crore of transactional and brokerage AUM.

In its wealth management business, ARR AUM increased 24.2% year-on-year to ₹2,41,896 crore, supported by net flows across segments. The 360 One Plus proposition recorded 39.4% year-on-year growth, while the distribution business grew 11.9%. The company said it manages assets for more than 8,900 families and corporates.
The asset management business reported ARR AUM of ₹1,00,139 crore, up 8.2% from a year earlier, driven by growth across the private equity, credit and real assets segments.
ARR revenue for the quarter rose 20.3% year-on-year to ₹614 crore. Combined ARR retention stood at 74 basis points, with wealth management retention at 71 basis points and asset management retention at 83 basis points.

As of June 30, 2026, the company’s tangible net worth stood at ₹6,882 crore, while tangible return on equity was 19.4%.
