Emcure Pharmaceuticals | The pharma major said its co-marketed brand Poviztra has received approval from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) for the treatment of non-cirrhotic metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) in adults with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (F2-F3).

Sobha | The firm reported a sharp jump in first-quarter earnings, with net profit rising to ₹51 crore from ₹14 crore a year ago. Revenue grew 50% year-on-year to ₹1,278.1 crore, while EBITDA increased to ₹77.6 crore from ₹23.7 crore. The company’s EBITDA margin expanded to 6.1% from 2.8% in the year-ago quarter.

Canara HSBC Life | Canara HSBC Life Insurance reported a 20.3% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹28.1 crore for the first quarter. Net premium earned increased 23.8% to ₹2,047.5 crore from ₹1,653.4 crore in the year-ago period.

SML Mahindra | The firm reported a 5.1% year-on-year decline in net profit to ₹64 crore for the first quarter. Revenue rose 13.2% to ₹957 crore, while EBITDA slipped 4.7% to ₹100.1 crore. The company’s EBITDA margin narrowed to 10.5% from 12.4% a year ago.
