HCL Technologies—India’s third-largest IT services company—has announced its schedule for the release of its fourth quarter earnings of FY26. Along with the results, the company is also set to declare a dividend for its shareholders. The Noida-based IT firm informed this through an exchange filing on March 24.

HCL Technologies Ltd, in the regulatory filing on, informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ending March 31, 2026.
“This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 20 & 21, 2026 to consider amongst others: 1) Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2026…,” HCL Technologies said in the filing.
HCL Tech had declared its Q3 FY26 earnings post-market hours at around 5 pm on January 12. Therefore, it is expected that the IT company might announce its Q4 FY26 results at around the same time on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

The Board of Directors of HCL Tech in the scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, might also consider payment of an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27.

HCL Technologies has a history of paying rich dividends to its shareholders. This year, the IT company has already paid an interim dividend of Rs 12 in January.
In 2025, the company paid dividends on four occasions. It paid an interim and special dividend of Rs 12 and 6 in January 2025. Then, it paid a dividend of Rs 18 in April, Rs 12 each in July and in October, respectively.
