The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also circulated the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 to shareholders through electronic mode on July 31, 2026, in compliance with applicable SEBI Listing Regulations.
