Revenue from operations increased 35.3% year-on-year to ₹2,462.6 crore from ₹1,820.7 crore in Q1 FY26.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 30.3% to ₹714.4 crore, compared with ₹548.3 crore in the year-ago quarter. EBITDA margin stood at 29% in Q1 FY27, compared with 30.1% in the corresponding period last year.

Premier Energies will seek shareholders’ approval for raising funds of up to ₹5,000 crore through issuance of equity shares, non-convertible debentures along with warrants, or any other eligible securities convertible into equity shares through a qualified institutional placement (QIP) or other permitted modes.
The company will also seek approval for the reappointment of Surenderpal Singh Saluja as Chairman and Whole-time Director for a period of five years from December 19, 2026, to December 18, 2031.
Premier Energies will seek shareholders’ approval for the reappointment of Chiranjeev Singh Saluja as Managing Director of the company for a period of five years from December 19, 2026, to December 18, 2031. The reappointment is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
