Q1 Results
For Q1FY27, the Ludhiana-based company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹61 crore for the quarter ended June, up 15.5% from ₹53 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year.
When we look at the topline numbers, the revenue from operations rose 16% year-on-year. The revenue rose to ₹970 crore compared with ₹838 crore a year earlier.
The profitability also improved compared to last year. The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation, or EBITDA, increased 32% to ₹143.8 crore from ₹108.9 crore in the year-ago period. Furthermore, margin expanded by nearly 200 basis points, moving up to 14.8% from the previous year’s 13%
Ceigall In Previous Quarter
When we take a look at the previous quarter, Ceigall India‘s net profit was ₹126.6 crore for the quarter ended March. Revenue rose 37% year-on-year to ₹1,386.5 crore. EBITDA surged 75% to ₹223.6 crore from ₹127.8 crore in the year-ago period. And, margin soared sharply to 16.1% from 12.6%.
In the previous quarter, the company’s total order book stood at ₹18,554 crore as of March 31, 2026.
Company Announces Record Date For Final Dividend
Furthermore, the company also announced the Record Date of Final Dividend as Friday, September 11, 2026.
Previously, the company’s Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 7, 2026, had recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share of the face value of ₹ 5/- each out of the profits of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
When we take a look at the company’s recent performance at the bourse, the stock, on Friday, the stock closed marginally higher, with an uptick of 0.93%. In the past 6 months of trade, the stock has notched up a rise of 17.01%
