The floor price has been set at ₹515 per share, implying a 6.4% discount to the last closing price. The base offer size is ₹1,663 crore, while the upsize option is worth ₹416 crore. The promoter entity will have a lock-up period of 90 days on any further sale of shares.
Last week, Tenneco Clean Air India said it expects to maintain double-digit revenue growth in 2026-27 (FY27), supported by strong domestic original equipment manufacturer (OEM) demand, rising exports and market share gains in its suspension business, Arvind Chandra, CEO of Tenneco Clean Air India, said. While macro uncertainties such as the West Asia conflict, tariffs and global demand remain risks, he said India continues to offer a strong growth environment.

Chandra said the company’s technology-led suspension business will continue to outpace the market, while Clean Air and Powertrain will also deliver healthy growth over the next three years.
He added that Tenneco is actively evaluating merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities and investments across internal combustion engine (ICE), hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) segments, backed by its debt-free balance sheet and strong cash generation.
For the April-June quarter of 2026 (Q1FY27), Tenneco Clean Air India reported a 20% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹1,545 crore from ₹1,286 crore, while value-added revenue rose 18% to ₹1,381 crore from ₹1,167 crore.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew 8% to ₹247 crore from ₹229 crore, although the EBITDA margin narrowed to 17.9% from 19.6% a year earlier. Net profit slipped 2% year-on-year to ₹165 crore from ₹168 crore.
Tenneco Clean Air India is part of the Tenneco Group, a US-headquartered automotive component supplier. It manufactures and supplies critical, highly engineered and technology-intensive clean air, powertrain and suspension solutions tailored for Indian OEMs and export markets.
Shares of Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd ended at ₹550.00, down by ₹4.30, or 0.78%, on the BSE.
