The rally builds on a nearly 20% rise earlier this month, when the company reported strong earnings for the quarter ended June 2026.
With this move, the stock is up nearly 50% for the month of August and if these gains extend, it could well be the stock’s best month of record, surpassing the 49.3% it had gained back in November 2008.
Allcargo’s standalone revenue from operations during the June quarter rose 11.2% to ₹546 crore, up from ₹491 crore in the year-ago period, while total income increased 12.9% to ₹560 crore from ₹496 crore a year earlier.
This 20% surge that the stock has seen this week is also the best since it began trading adjusted for the demerger of its International Supply Chain (ISC) business called Allcargo Global, which began trading as a separate entity since November 2025.
The company was founded by Shashi Kiran Shetty in 1989. He stepped down as managing director and chairman earlier this month, with Dinesh Kumar Lal replacing him in the role.
