Centella Mauritius Holdings offloaded 5.81 crore shares worth ₹4,451 crore in Aster DM Quality Care in a block deal.
Among the buyers, HDFC Mutual Fund picked up 97.89 lakh shares for ₹749.94 crore and 52.2 lakh shares for ₹399.97 crore, while Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte bought 52.88 lakh shares for ₹405.11 crore and Integrated Core Strategies Asia Pte. bought 49.94 lakh shares for ₹382.65 crore.
The average price of all transactions was around ₹766.1 per share.
As of July 23, 2026, promoter entities held 54% stake in Aster DM Quality Care while public shareholders held 46%. The shareholding data available on the stock exchanges does not mention the buyers from Wednesday’s block deals, which means they either held no previous stake in the company or held below 1% equity. However, Centella Mauritius Holdings held 9.9% stake in the company.

360 One Mutual Fund bought 3 lakh shares of ₹14.36 crore, while KIFS Enterprises bought 2.61 lakh shares worth ₹13.62 crore and Sanjay Popatlal Jain bought 3 lakh shares for ₹14.36 crore, in block deals on Wednesday.
360 One Mutual Fund bought the Behari Lal Engineering at an average traded price of ₹470.13 apiece while KIFS Enterprise and Sanjay Jain bought them at ₹520.45 apiece and ₹478.55 apiece, respectively.
Shares of Behari Lal Engineering listed at a premium of around 61% on the stock exchanges on Thursday. The stock opened at ₹465 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and at ₹458 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) compared with its issue price of ₹285 apiece.Shiprocket
Goldman Sachs FDS Goldman Sachs India EQ portfolio bought 40.24 lakh shares of Shiprocket for ₹52.71 crore at an average traded price of ₹131 apiece in a block deal on Wednesday.
Shares of Shiprocket also listed on the exchanges on Monday, at a premium of around 35% on Wednesday. It made its debut on NSE at ₹131 and on BSE at 1129.5 compared to its issue price of ₹97.
Post-listing, the company’s MD and CEO Saahil Goel and CFO Tanmay Kumar told CNBC-TV18 that the company is targeting more than 1 million small and medium business enterprises (MSMEs) over the next five years from its present base of around 2.14 lakh. The company is of the view that it has only scratched the surface of India’s MSME market with over six crore small businesses in the country.
