Upcoming IPOs Next Week: The initial public offerings (IPO) momentum in the primary market will remain intact as nine mainboard issues are scheduled to open for subscription in the week between August 24 and 27.

Among the upcoming mainboard offerings include Symbiotec Pharmalab, Hy-Tech Engineers, Skyways Air Services, Annu Projects and Lumino Industries.

Other issues to open next week

Madhur Knit Crafts, ABH Healthcare, Sumax Engineering and Kwick Forensic Solutions are among the SME issues to open next week.

The listings slated for next week include Lalithaa Jewellery, Horizon Industrial Parks, Shankesh Jewellers, Sunshine Pictures, Tempsens Instruments (India), Fascinate Textiles, Mopshop Distribution and Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds.

Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO

Pharma and biotech company Symbiotec Pharmalab Ltd on Friday raised Rs 526 crore from anchor investors days before the opening of its IPO, PTI reported.

The company allocated 53.26 lakh equity shares to anchor investors, including HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund. Shares were allotted at Rs 988 per share, the upper end of its IPO price band, according to a circular uploaded on the BSE website.

The anchor round saw participation from foreign portfolio investors, insurance companies, mutual fund houses, an alternative investment fund and an NBFC.

Hy-Tech Engineers IPO

Hydraulic fitting manufacturer Hy-Tech Engineers’ IPO will open for subscription on August 24 and conclude on August 27.

The company has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 50 – Rs 53 per equity share. It has reduced its fresh issue size to Rs 60 crore from Rs 70 crore proposed earlier, while increasing the OFS component to nearly 1.43 crore shares from 1.19 crore shares, according to its RHP.

Skyways Air Services IPO

Air freight forwarding and logistics firm Skyways Air Services Ltd has raised Rs 174.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of its IPO, which opens for subscription on August 24.

The company allocated 1.26 crore equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 138 apiece, the upper end of its price band, according to a circular uploaded on the BSE website.

Nomura Singapore, Citi Group Global Markets Mauritius, Holani Venture Capital Fund-I, IndusInd General Insurance and ASAS Global Fund were among the investors participating in the anchor round.

Anu Projects IPO

Engineering procurement and construction player Anu Projects Ltd said it has fixed the price at Rs 94-99 a share for its Rs 175-crore initial public offering, which opens for subscription on August 25.

The IPO, which comprises a fresh issue of 17,683,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, will close on August 28, a statement said.

“The company has fixed the price band at Rs 94-99 per share. The company intends to raise Rs 1,750 million through this IPO and will be listed on the BSE and NSE,” it added.

Lumino Industries IPO

Lumino Industries Ltd on Friday fixed the price band for its maiden initial public offering at Rs 78-82 per equity share of face value Rs 5 each.

The Rs 700-crore issue will open for subscription on August 27, and close on August 31, the Kolkata-based company said in a statement.

The offer comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 500 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to Rs 200 crore by promoters.
