The company announced the development on Sunday, August 23, saying the approval was received on August 22 at 1.16 am IST.
The facility is operated by Jubilant HollisterStier LLC (JHS), a subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma Holding Inc., which in turn is a subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma Limited, Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jubilant Pharmova.

The newly approved Line 3 is an isolator-based fill-and-finish line at JHS’s contract manufacturing facility in Spokane.
Jubilant HollisterStier is an integrated contract manufacturer of sterile injectables, including liquid and lyophilised products, as well as ophthalmic products such as ointments, liquids and creams.
The company provides contract manufacturing services to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, covering manufacturing processes from process qualification through commercial release.
Jubilant Pharmova operates contract development and manufacturing facilities for sterile injectables in Spokane, US, and Montreal, Canada, offering manufacturing solutions including sterile fill-and-finish injectables and ophthalmic products.
Q1 results
Jubilant Pharmova reported a 45.1% year-on-year decline in consolidated PAT attributable to owners to ₹56.4 crore in Q1FY27, despite a 17.3% rise in revenue to ₹2,229.4 crore. EBITDA fell 14.4% to ₹248 crore, while the margin narrowed to 11.1% from 15.2%.The company said revenue growth was broad-based, led by CDMO Sterile Injectables, but profitability was affected by the absence of high-margin SPECT radiopharmaceutical products, negligible third-party revenues and higher operating expenses, including Montreal remediation costs.
CDMO Sterile Injectables revenue rose 34% to ₹496 crore, while revenue from the Spokane facility increased 43% to ₹494 crore and EBITDA rose 49% to ₹117 crore. Drug Discovery Services revenue grew 8% to ₹174 crore, while Generics revenue increased 4% to ₹173 crore.
Jubilant Pharmova said commercial batch production of SPECT radiopharmaceuticals has started after successful media-fills, with batches expected to be released in Q2FY27. All SPECT radiopharmaceutical products are expected to be available by the second half of FY27.
Shares of the company ended 0.68% higher at ₹877 on Friday ahead of the USFDA approval announcement. The stock has declined more than 17% so far in 2026 and nearly 19% over the last 12 months.
