Dividend Stock Alert: Pharmaceuticals company Procter and Gamble Health Limited has announced a final dividend of Rs 45 (450 per cent) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or before September 27, 2026, to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of the record date.
“We are pleased to further inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 45 per Equity Share (Nominal Value of Rs. 10/- each), for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026,” Procter and Gamble Health said in an exchange filing dated May 26, 2026.
The dividend has been recommended from the company’s profits for the financial year 2025-26. August 27, 2026, has been fixed as the record date to determine shareholders’ eligibility for the dividend.
The company informed that its Annual Report for FY2025-26 and Notice for the 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 2:30 PM, have been circulated to shareholders. In line with Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI guidelines, the documents were sent electronically on August 12, 2026, to members whose email addresses are registered with the company, while physical letters containing links to the Annual Report and AGM notice were dispatched to shareholders without registered email addresses.
Procter and Gamble Health share price
Shares of Procter and Gamble Health are currently trading at Rs 5,857.60, which is 0.47 per cent above the previous close of Rs 5,857.60 per share. During the day, the stock swung between Rs 5,904.95 and Rs 5,819.15 per share.
The stock reached its 52 week high level on July 15, 2026 at Rs 6,955 per share; while 52 week low level came in at Rs 4,699.70 per share on April 6, 2026.
Procter and Gamble Health is a constituent of BSE 1000 index and enjoys a market capitalisation of Rs 9,677.44 crore.
