Haryana Group D recruitment 2026: The Haryana Government has issued an official notice detailing the biometric verification schedule for candidates selected under Group D recruitment against Advertisement No. 01/2023. The process will be conducted in an offline mode across multiple divisions to establish candidate identity prior to final appointment.According to the notice issued on March 27, 2026, candidates are expected to strictly adhere to their division and date for reporting. The process of verification is scheduled to take place from April 20 to 30, 2026, under the supervision of Divisional Commissioners and the Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula.Division wise verification plan announcedThe process of verification for the candidates has been scheduled on a division-wise basis, with a total of 13,246 candidates to be verified. Ambala division is scheduled to verify 1,451 candidates on a single day, which is on April 20, 2026. Karnal division is scheduled to verify 1,662 candidates on April 21, 2026.The highest number of candidates, 3,750, have been assigned to Rohtak division, which is scheduled to verify candidates on two days, namely, April 22, 2026, and April 23, 2026. Hisar division, which is scheduled to verify 2,918 candidates, is assigned two days, namely, April 24, 2026, and April 27, 2026. Faridabad division is scheduled to verify 960 candidates on April 28, 2026.Gurugram division has been allocated 1,841 candidates on April 29, 2026. Departments and commissioners have been directed to make adequate arrangements in the verification process.Authorities have to maintain the record of the number of candidates who turn up, the number of absentees, and the number of verifications done successfully and those who face biometric discrepancies. Nodal officers will be appointed in each department to look after the attendance of the candidates during the verification process.Mandatory step before final appointmentThe biometric process has been made compulsory for the candidates. This process is expected to verify the identity of the selected candidates. Those candidates who are found to be absent or have biometric mismatch may be disqualified from the selection process.The selected candidates have been directed to check their divisional schedule thoroughly and arrive at the designated venue in time. They are also expected to carry valid identification documents with them. Failure to comply with these requirements may lead to cancellation of candidature despite being selected.
