The project comprises 655 premium apartments across four towers, with the towers ranging from Ground + 30 floors to Ground + 22 floors. The development also includes two basements.
The apartments are available in 2- and 3-bedroom configurations, with saleable areas starting from 1,081 sq ft and going up to 1,789 square feet. The overall development has approximately 0.93 million square feet of saleable area.

Last month, Prestige Estates Projects had officially announced a major strategic investment agreement involving its hospitality division, Prestige Hospitality Ventures Limited (PHVL).

In an exchange filing, Prestige Estates stated that the company has entered into a binding framework agreement with the CPP Investment Board Private Holdings and Prestige Hotel Ventures Ltd. (PHVL).
Under this agreement, the CPPIB will be making an investment of up to ₹3,000 crore in Prestige Hotel Ventures, which will be deployed through multiple tranches, and will give CPPIB a 28% stake in the hotel unit.
The investment will be structured through a combination of primary and secondary investments, as mutually agreed upon by both parties in documents that will be signed in the future.

Prestige Hotel Ventures is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prestige Estates. At the end of the last financial year, PHVL reported a standalone revenue of ₹345.9 crore.
Shares of Prestige Estates Projects Limited ended at ₹1,443.00, up by ₹15.15, or 1.06%, on the BSE.
