According to exchange data, Dalmia Bharat Refractories sold 2.29 crore shares at an average price of ₹360 per share.
On the buying side, SBI Mutual Fund acquired 1.7 crore shares, representing an 8.07% stake, for around ₹600 crore. Bandhan Mutual Fund purchased 27.8 lakh shares, or a 1.4% stake, for approximately ₹100 crore.
Nippon India Mutual Fund bought 24.97 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.2% stake, for around ₹90 crore, while Clarus Capital acquired 10 lakh shares, representing a 0.5% stake, for nearly ₹36 crore.
The transactions were executed at an average price of ₹360 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Dalmia Bharat Refractories held a 12.5% stake in RHI Magnesita India as of June 2026. The latest transaction would reduce its holding significantly, although the exact post-deal stake will depend on any other transactions undertaken during the period.

RHI Magnesita India shares closed at ₹378.60 on Tuesday, up 2.88% from the previous session. The stock has gained 4.87% over the past week and 1.05% in the last month, while remaining down 17.39% year-to-date. On a longer-term basis, the stock has declined 20.35% over one year and 36.79% over two years, while delivering a 4.79% return over five years.
