The board will also consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. The company said the results will be considered and declared on Thursday, 15 October 2026.
The filing did not disclose the size of the proposed dividend or the ratio of the bonus issue. Both remain proposals at this stage and will need board approval.
For shareholders, the meeting brings together three decisions in one sitting: the quarterly earnings, a possible payout and a possible increase in the number of shares they hold.
The company has also announced the closure of its trading window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and its Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The window, which covers dealing in the company’s securities, is closed until Saturday, 17 October 2026 (day inclusive) and will re-open on Sunday, 18 October 2026.
