Phase 1 of the development will introduce 1,236 units across 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences. The project will have amenities spread across 2.65 lakh+ square feet, including a clubhouse spanning more than 44,000 square feet and landscaped green spaces extending across 9+ acres.
The amenities will include a swimming pool with a sunken bar, giant swings, stargazing hammocks, a gymnasium, badminton courts, a squash court and a pickleball court. The development will also feature cycling and jogging tracks, a library with a glass roof and scenic views, and a children’s play area.

Mahindra Rivenza is envisaged as a Net Zero Waste development and is Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) pre-certified Gold.
Baner Annex is an emerging residential micro-market with access to key employment hubs, including the Hinjawadi and Baner IT hubs, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and established social infrastructure, the company said.
Ongoing and proposed infrastructure developments are also expected to further improve accessibility and support the area’s long-term growth potential, it added.
