Indian Hotels Company reported a 19.5% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹380 crore for the September quarter, compared with ₹318 crore in the year-ago period.
The Tata Group company’s revenue from operations rose 21.7% to ₹2,484 crore from ₹2,041 crore a year earlier. EBITDA increased 23.9% to ₹706 crore, compared with ₹570 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
However, EBITDA margin contracted to 19.95% from 27.9% a year earlier, according to the company’s results.
