India’s top carmaker, Maruti Suzuki India, has shared the schedule for announcing its earnings for the January-March period of FY26. The company informed this through an exchange filing on Friday, April 10, 2026.
“…we hereby intimate that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 28th April 2026, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March 2026…,” the four-wheeler manufacturer said in the regulatory filing.
