The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, will run for 60 months from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2031. The order value of ₹549.37 crore includes all taxes and duties, except Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Under the contract, Power Mech Projects will provide complete O&M services at the 2×600 MW Tuticorin TPP operated by Moxie Power Generation Ltd.

The company said neither its promoter, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in Moxie Power Generation. The order also does not fall under related-party transactions.
Yesterday, Power Mech Projects Ltd said it had secured a ₹279.20 crore order from Telangana Power Generation Corporation Limited for operation and maintenance work at the Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS) on Monday (September 28).
The order covers comprehensive operation and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and control and instrumentation systems, along with upkeep of the ash handling plant and the complete coal handling plant at Yadadri Thermal Power Station.

Under the order, Power Mech Projects will undertake work for the ash handling plant of Stage-I, covering Units 1 and 2, and Stage-II, covering Units 3, 4 and 5. The scope also includes the complete coal handling plant of the 5×800 megawatt Yadadri Thermal Power Station.
The order will be executed over a period of three years from the date of issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) or order confirmation. The order value of ₹279.20 crore includes all provisions but excludes Goods and Services Tax (GST). A Price Variation Clause (PVC) will apply in the second and third years.
Shares of Power Mech Projects Ltd ended at ₹2,394.20, up by ₹34.00, or 1.44%, on the BSE.
