According to a regulatory filing, the company received a work order valued at approximately ₹111 crore, excluding GST, for the construction of various infrastructural development works for the expansion of the car shed at Sanpada.
In a separate order, the company received another work order valued at approximately ₹105 crore, excluding GST, for similar infrastructural development works for the expansion of the car shed at Kalwa.

Both contracts have been awarded by a domestic entity and are required to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement. GHV (India) Private Ltd is the entity awarding the contracts.
The company said Jahidmohmed Vijapura is the promoter of GHV Infra Projects Ltd. He is a designated partner or partner in JHV Commercials LLP, which holds a major stake in the company. Vijapura is also a director and shareholder of GHV (India) Private Ltd. The company said the orders fall under related party transactions and are executed on an arm’s length basis.
In February this year, GHV Infra Projects said it had received a work order worth about ₹123 crore from Enmas EPC Power Projects Limited for the supply of grid-connected rooftop solar plants.

The order involves the supply of all materials required for 28.83 MWp grid-connected rooftop solar (RTS) plants for 14,416 SC and ST consumers. The scope includes solar panels, inverters, module mounting structures, distribution boards, cabling and earthing equipment to be delivered at the installation sites.
The contract also covers installation, testing and commissioning of the rooftop solar plants for each of the 14,416 consumers, to be carried out in association with Enmas EPC Power Projects Limited. The company said the work order, issued through a letter of award, is to be completed within 120 days.
Shares of GHV Infra Projects Ltd ended at ₹302.75, up by ₹10.40, or 3.56%, on the BSE today, April 9.
