HDFC Asset Management Company reported a decline in its March 2026 quarter earnings on both a year-on-year and sequential basis, while missing street estimates.

Standalone profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹623.3 crore, down 2% from ₹638.7 crore in the year-ago quarter and 19% lower than ₹769 crore reported in the December quarter.

The figure also fell short of the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹644 crore.

For the full financial year FY26, PAT rose 16% year-on-year to ₹2,859.4 crore, compared with ₹2,461.1 crore in FY25.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹54 per share.
