CDSL Q4 results 2026: Central Depository Services (India) Limited today announced its earnings for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 and also declared a 127.5 per cent dividend for its shareholders.
Profit at Rs 80 cr in Q4 FY26 vs Rs 133 cr, down 39.8% YoY
EBITDA at Rs 117 cr in Q4 FY26 vs Rs 109 cr, up 6.7% YoY
EBITDA Margin at 44.4% in Q4 FY26 vs 48.8% in Q4 FY25
Board of CDSL has announced a final dividend of Rs 12.75 per share for the financial year 2025-26. “The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 12.75 per equity share of the face value of ₹ 10 per share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Shareholders,” CDSL said in an excange filing.
